FFM takes on a New Team Member
FFM has just taken on a new team member to add to the existing team to enhance the client experience, Frank Brown is an experienced building maintenance manager.
New Team Member – Frank Brown
This will stand all the existing clients and new future clients in good stead, when it comes to looking after and maintaining their investment.
In the past Frank has headed up and run the maintenance teams for a hotel chain based in London and Surrey, a language school, a sailors club with a 200 bedroom hotel attached, this hotel had a gymnasium, swimming pools, steam baths, and a Zoo with 140 acres.
With a sharp eye for budgets and smart outside the box thinking Frank will add an additional layer of expertise to the growing team. Helping clients keep a close eye on costings Frank will be best to advise on ways of looking at longer term costings and budget constraints whilst everyone is working their way through the recession. Along with this offering FFM has a finance arm that can help provide the financial resource to spread the costs of the larger installation projects with asset funding spreading the cost over say 2 to 5 years*.
